Two-stage Crusher Introduction

Two-stage crusher is suitable for crushing cinder, calcite, limestone, brick and tile plants, shale, coal gangue, slag, construction waste, etc., which can solve the problems of using gangue and coal cinder as additive and fuel of brickyard; using gangue and shale to produce standard bricks and hollow bricks, and problems of crushing material with high moisture content. The two-stage crusher machine is equivalent of the reasonable combination of two hammer crushers.

Two-stage Crusher Working Principle

Under the driving of dual-motor, two sets of rotors will make high-speed rotating, so material in crushing cavity will be crushed by superior rotor, and then immediately broken by hammer head of rapid rotating subordinate rotor, and materials in crushing cavity also will crush each other by rapid collision, to reach powder material and grain degrees with size less than 3 mm which granularity can meet the requirements of internal combustion brick for brick and tile manufacturers.
