Powder Production Line Introduction

Powder production line is mainly composed of the host, analysis machine, plumbing fixtures, blower, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, distribution cabinets and other components.

Process of powder production line: large bulk materials are crushed to desired particle size by jaw crusher, and then lifted to the material hopper by hoist, then be fed evenly into the grinding chamber continuously for grinding, finally, the grinding powder will be taken away by the analysis machine for grading, while powder in line with the fineness will be flew into the large cyclone collector for collecting and separation, and then finished powder will be discharged out of grinder.
