Gyratory Crusher Introduction

Gyratory crusher also can be called hydraulic gyratory crusher ,is large crushing machine for primary crushing of all kinds of ores or rocks, and it uses the gyration of crushing cone in conical cavity to extrude, split and bend materials. When the sleeve rotates, crushing cone does rotating movement around the machine centerline, and its crushing action is carried out continuously, so the working efficiency of gyratory crusher is higher than that of jaw crusher. Gyratory crusher is common-used crushing equipment and necessary crusher in stone crushing line and sand production line.

Gyratory Crusher Working Principle

The upper end of main spindle with crushing cone is installed on the middle of the bush, and its lower end is placed in the hole of eccentric sleeve. When the sleeve rotates, crushing cone does rotating movement around the machine centerline, so that the conical surface will be close and far away from the fixed cone surface. The material in the crushing cavity is constantly being squeezed, bended and broken, and the crushed material will be discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber by its own weight.
