Circular Vibrating Screen Introduction
The circular vibrating screen or vibrating screen does circular movement, and it is new-type and high-efficiency vibrating screen machine with multiple layers.
The circular vibrating screen adopts drum eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude, so it is widely used for product grading in the industries of mining, building material, transportation, energy and chemical industry because of its features of long screening line, various specifications, reliable structure, high efficiency, little noise, easy maintenance and safe operation.

Circular Vibrating Screen Working Principle
Circular vibrating screen mainly consists of screening box, screening net, exciter and damper spring. The exciter is installed on the side plate of the screening box and driven to rotate by the electric motor through V-shaped belt to produce centrifugal inertia force which will force the screening box to vibrate. When there are no particular requirements, YA and 2YA are textile screen and YAH is punching screen, and all kinds of screens can satisfy the customers' requirements.
